Funding Partners & Reviews

Funding Possibilities

Funders typically have set periods throughout the year, ranging from 1 to 4 times, during which they accept proposals. Annual and biennial cycles are the most commonly observed. Once a proposal is submitted, it undergoes a thorough review, processing, and awarding process that spans approximately 2 to 4 months. As a result, a proposal with a deadline of December 31st is typically awarded and funded around March 31st. It is crucial to keep timing in mind when preparing a submission, as there is usually a significant gap before the funds become available. For larger proposals, it is advisable to allocate even more time. In such cases, funders often have a pre-proposal process that can extend up to a year, particularly when substantial amounts are involved. Throughout my career, I have assisted organizations in securing grants ranging from as small as $1,000 to several million dollars. Here is a glimpse of some of the remarkable funders who have partnered with me and my clients to achieve impactful outcomes in their communities.
